We started because clearing a house here is harder than it looks from the street. Half of Glendale sits on a hill. Driveways are short, stairs are long, and the garage was built when cars were smaller and people owned less. A crew that does not know the city shows up, sees the steps, and starts renegotiating in your driveway. We would rather look at the job, say what it takes, and get to work. Our crew lives around here. We know which streets a truck can turn on, which buildings want a service elevator booked, and how long a haul from a hillside backyard really takes. That knowledge is the difference between a job that ends by lunch and a job that eats your whole day.

We keep the work simple on purpose. You call, a person answers, and we ask real questions about what you have and where it is. We come out, walk it with you, and give you the number before a single item moves. Then we load, sweep, and go. There is no app to download and no portal to log into. We do not sell you a bin and leave it in your driveway for a week for the neighbors to fill.

Families remember two things about a crew like ours. Did they show up when they said they would, and did they treat the house with care. We take both seriously. Furniture comes out on straps and dollies, not on a shoulder and a prayer. Floors get covered when the path runs through a finished room. When the load is sorted, whatever somebody else can still use goes to a donation center instead of a dump, and electronics go where the state says they have to go.
